Windows 10: How to permanently set language and location in News and Interests widget?

Hi,PLEASE read the whole problem before you answer - I have searched for and tried multiple common solutions and they don't work for me.Here's the background: I work at a company that has sites and services across multiple countries.We use VPN which sometimes connects me through different countries. So to the outside, I may appear to be in Finland or Germany, while in reality I am somewhere else entirely. My main language is English, my location is Poland.Here's the problem: News and Interests widget defaults to whatever location/language is detected automatically. I don't speak German or Finn

How do you turn on the News and interest widget on window 11 task bar. I have Version 22H2 (Build 22621.382)

I've upgraded to the latest version of Windows 11, (23 Sept 22), and my Widgets are displayed in Thai.

My primary language is set as English UK and my location as Thailand. I have Thai listed as a secondary language.

Help please.
