Windows 10: How to please fix random shutdown

My laptop is randomly shutting down and I've tried everything on YouTube it is Kernel Power, event id:41 and critical its task category is 63 ,i hope you see my message

Random soft shutdowns

Hi Chris. I'm Greg, here to help you with this.

1) The problem with using a driver-finder app is it can provide a bad driver and it's hard to trace. For this reason I would only use drivers from the PC or motherboard maker's Support Downloads webpage for your exact model.

While there check for the latest Chipset, BIOS, Sound, Network, USB3, Bluetooth and all other drivers to compare with the version/date installled for that device in Device Manager reached by right clicking the Start Menu.

4) Turn off Fast Startup at Settings > System > Power & Sleep > Additional Power Settings > Choose what Power buttons do > Change Settings Currently Unavailable > uncheck the box for Fast Startup, Save Settings.

Start with Step 4 to turn off Startup freeloaders which can conflict and cause issues, then Step 7 to check for infection the most thorough way, then step 10 to check for damaged System Files, and also Step 16 to test a new Local Admin account. Then if necessary continue with the other steps to go over your install most thoroughly.



6) If nothing else works then do a Repair Install, by installing Media Creation Tool, open tool and choose to Upgrade Now. Random Shutdown of LG Optimus 7 after Mango update

i can't find any option to fix it, i have the same problems, sound lose, gets laggy, and random shutdowns completely useless. my zune software does not show any option torestore it to pre-mango update. teach step by step how to do so please thanks
