Windows 10: How to prevent and avoid Windows from shutting down?

hi, I am tech support at a Casino, my job is to prevent one of the desktop computers there should not dying, because when that desktop PC dies table games will be affected because this PC is set up to run 24 /7 for continuous video streaming in this table game because when the PC dies, the operation of the table game will stop and we don't want that to happen, so these are our worries that could happen and how can we prevent it from happening;1. we don't want to shut down this PC - but I think this is one of the easy solutions to it. 2. what if the HDD of the PC is corrupt or the OS of the P

Regarding your issue with Task Host preventing Windows to shut down, you can run the Power Troubleshooter as an initial troubleshooting step. Here's how:

• Click Start (Windows icon). Go to Settings
  (gear icon) or you can press Windows key+ I on your keyboard.
• Go to Update & security section.
• Select Troubleshoot from the menu on the left and in the right pane select
  Power and click on Run the troubleshooter.
• Troubleshooter will now start. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete it.
• Once done, check if you'll be able to shut down your Surface book.
