Windows 10: How to prevent my organization changes the "Script Address" under "Proxy Setup"?

Whenever I try to update my proxy address, I find that after 30~40 mins, the system will change my setting automatically. This is quite annoying. Can anyone teach me how to prevent the organization from changing this setting? Thank you.

I would like to change the Proxy script address value with command line

I have a script address , sometime I need to change this address . I want to write a bat file to change this value.

but I don't know the command of about value .

My personal computer is asking for a script address for a proxy server. I have no idea if I have a script address

 

Microsoft Automatic Proxy Setup, Can't disable "use setup script" setting and script address bar cant be cleared

With this enabled i cant play games or do much really without it being slowed down because it is messing with my internet connection. There is the use setup script option in the proxy settings of internet and network settings and the script address bar
cant be cleared or disabled, please help.
