In my x32Win10ProV22H2 the settings for SNAP and for DISPLAY FULL PATH IN TITLE BAR keep getting reset from time to time. Is there anyway to lock them down to prevent unwanted reversal ?

    Snap Assist

    Hi Cory,

The Snap Assist allows you to juggle apps, arrange open windows, resize windows by simply dragging and dropping them to the edges of the screen. If you don't want to get a quarter screen snap, you can change the settings of Snap Assist by follow the steps below:

    • Open the Settings app
    • Click System.
    • Click Multitasking.
    • You can turn off some of the option of Snap Assist on this window.

If you want to disable Snap Assist, you can turn off Arrange windows automatically by dragging them to the sides or corners of the screen.

Should you have further queries, feel free to post it.

Unsolicited WinZip v26.0 trial over-riding previous noupdate setting

Denis, As suggested, I have manually set NoUpdateChecking to 1 via the Registry, and the WinZip 19.5 'Updates' menu option has disappeared. I'll post again if there are any further unsolicited changes. Dave.

Overclocking / Undervolting guide for Vega 56 or 64?

    Here's a quick laundry list:

List of software to use for overclocking and testing
    Examples:
Wattman (and how to find and use it, like an overview, including profiles)
Unigine Valley or Heaven (use this for quick testing while changing settings in Wattman and checking for stability / artifacts) ...just suggesting this
How to monitor cores / mem speeds and temps during testing (I've seen screen overlays, and others using GPUz)

    Step-by step overclocking in Wattman
    Fan speeds
    Power limit
    Temp limit
    Voltages
    Core speeds
