How to prevent windows from suspending audio after a second of inactivity

hello: I'm using a screen reader called NVDA, but that's not the problem. The problem occurs when using bluetooth headphones. While using the bluetooth headset, I notice that Windows mutes the audio after a second of inactivity. this is a real problem, because the first spoken syllable of the vos synthesizer is cut off, and this also causes more latency when sending a text after a second of inactivity. my question is: is there any way to prevent the audio from being suspended after a second of inactivity? It should be clarified that this is not from the bluetooth headphones, since I have trie

Unlocked Realtek HD Audio Drivers Windows 7 & 8 (With Dolby Digital Live and DTS Interactive)

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

    account blocked then suspended

My Outlook.com experienced both yesterdy. I did nothing wrong, have checked for malware and followed all the steps to be normal. I was told I was unblocked then when I sent an email it said I am suspended. After an hour on the phone, to no avail, I tried this am and after verifying I was normalized.
Someone was trying to access my account was the message that popped up.

Has this happened to you and why does this happen if you follow the rules?
What can I do to prevent this? I read about 2 step verification but this does not seem to help in this situation.
    Thanks for listening,
    Peter
