    How to print multiple PDFs at once on Windows 10


    We receive virtual faxes in my office in PDF form, and print a whole bunch of them at the beginning of the day. We have to open them in Microsoft Edge and print each individual fax. I tried dragging and dropping them into the printer's queue, but I got this message: "This file cannot be printed. Please try opening the file with the correct application and printing from there. "Is there a way we can print them all at once?

    Print to PDF missing in Printer List

    Hi William,

    We suggest that you disable and re-enable the Print to PDF feature. Here are the steps:

    • Click on the Start menu and type in Windows Features.
    • Choose Turn Windows features on or off.
    • On the next window, find Microsoft Print to PDF and disable it. Click
      OK to save changes.
    • Restart your PC.
    • Repeat the same steps to re-enable Microsoft Print to PDF.

    Fix printer problems

    Thanks for your help. I was browsing the web the other day and I found a page called FINAL DRAFT. They had a set of instructions for reinstalling the Microsoft Print to PDF utility that worked great for me. Problem solved.
