How to print two images on a 4x6 without scaling

I need to print two .jpg photos on a single 4" x 6" piece of photo paper. Each photo must be 2.5" x 3.5". I tried the following steps.1. Using Adobe Photoshop Elements, I cropped each of the two original photos and resized them to 2.5" x 3.5", saving them as new .jpg's.2. I created a 4" x 6" canvas in Adobe Photoshop Elements and placed the two cropped and resized .jpg's onto it. I saved this as a new .jpg.3. Using the Windows Photos app, I printed the photo on my Epson ET-8500 photo printer. On the printed 4" x 6", the two images came out resized, larger than 2.5" x 3.5" each. The white border

  3. I'm trying to print a 4X6 picture in Windows 10 and it won't print on the entire 4X6 photo paper.

Original title: Printing pictures with Windows 10

I'm trying to print a 4X6 picture in Windows 10 and it won't print on the entire 4X6 photo paper. There is always a border around it. The same issue with 5X7. As it is with everything in Windows 10 this worked great with Windows 7
