Windows 10: How to programmatically force use of the old print dialog in Windows 11 22H2

Please tell me how to programmatically force the use of the old print dialog in Windows 11 22H2 in C ++? For example, using the PrintDlgEx and PrintDlg functions also invokes a new print dialog instead of the old one. When printing in Notepad, the Print dialog displays "No preview available"

Hello, I am running Windows 11 22H2 (OS Build 22621.1105).

When I open a new Notepad file and type some gibberish in it like "1234567890" and then go to File > Print, the Print dialog loads but displays "No preview available".

Is this by design or is this indicative of a problem?

I would appreciate having a working preview in the Notepad print dialog if at all possible.
