Windows 10: How to properly connect internet via 2 computer LAN Ethernet?

So i have a condition that :1 office Computer my co-worker computer connected to wifi. The Wifi is MAC whitelisted, so only this office computer can connect to the network internet.1 my personal computer in my office. Office manager dont allow me to add my MAC to whitelist, but they suggest using a mobile hotspot.So the path is : wifi > coworker computer > Mobile hotspot windows 10 > Phone Wifi > using android USB tethering> my computer.The ProblemThe connection is atrociously slow and unstable. Hey gave it a try. The drivers were reinstalled but it's the same issue no internet.

OK, for me, my next step would be ...
- disconnect the internet
- uninstall the drivers (use Geek Uninstaller or RevoUninstaller to remove the driver files. Don't just delete).
- shutdown
- connect to the internet (assuming ethernet/LAN)
- restart the computer. If drivers are not (re)installed automatically, run Windows update.

(If this is unsuccessful, you can always revert back to the proprietary files from the website and continue troubleshooting)

 

lan + internet together

oh wow wasn't expecting it to be that complicated. problem is this, i'm trying to lan 3 computers for killing floor, and all 3 are connected to the wireless internet and to the ethernet switch box. 2 of the computers have windows 7 64 bit ultimate, and the last computer has windows xp. oddly enough the xp one can connect to either of the windows 7 computers when they host. however, it is the remaining windows 7 computer that cannot.

i use IP4 (1.1.1.1, 1.1.1.2, 1.1.1.3 for the 3 computers)
