Windows 10: How to re-allow adobe media encoder to access onedrive

When I installed adobe media encoder, I was having issues with it taking up download speed on my limited network, though the need for download speed has passed, I had disallowed it to access Onedrive. it has had the affect of not allowing projects to encode through adobe's networking of apps I.E. clicking the encode media button in premiere and it opening and adding the project to the queue, it still opens media encoder, but doesn't load it into the queue, even with the media encoder already being opened, I believe it to be responsible, or at least intent to remove it as a possibility.I appr

Adobe Media Center and Axis camera

I have an axis camera in my network. It streams through xxxx port. The problem is that I need it to be able to stream to an unlimited amount of people at the same time. The camera only allows two streams (or three I believe) at the same time.

My solution was to come up with a media server that grabs the stream (so it only counts as one) and people connect to that website, which will then take care of whatever amount of users and spread send out the signal.

Im currently attempting to use Adobe Media Center to do this. However, Im not very familiar with it. Is there anyone that has any experience with it? Guide me through a few steps to get me started?

Update:

So I got the Adobe Media Server to connect and run (it actually shows my stream).

The next step is to make this available to the local (LAN) computers.

When I go to another computer in the LAN and try to connect to the stream "xx.xx.xx.xx*Stick Out Tongue ort#" , it shows me "All NetConnection attemps failed. null"

Any help is appreciated
