I had been happy using the Widgets panel on the taskbar. Unfortunately, on one day the Widgets panel functionality is fully disabled in silence, unless if I checked the corners. Once disabled, you cannot turn it back on in Settings.I'm suspecting that regional settings are interfered with the taskbar's Widgets panel or do Microsoft forcing me to swap into legit Windows license despite built-in license coming inside the 7 ~ 8 months old Dell laptop.I had no good to re-practice how to feel clicking Start on the left-aligned, Windows 10-like taskbar. Windows 11 weather widget inside widget panel (Win+W kbd shortcut) doesn't let me to save another location which is saved during installation

Solution:

• type "weather" at start menu and it will find you "Weather" app with orange sun and cloud icon.
  
• Launch weather app
  
• Set location inside settings
  
• press windows key + w shortcut to open widgets panel
  
• Set location and it will save new location
