    How to re-install windows 10 to an encrypted laptop?


    Hello all,My friend has a laptop that hangs on login and doesn't respond.He's sick of it and has asked me to reinstall windows.He followed instructions and created a recovery USB but when I use it the following error occurs:There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made.So I checked the recovery USB and there isn't a restore point or systems image lol.So I downloaded a win 10 iso to just wipe and re-install and the keyboard doesn't work bizarrely - it only works with the recovery key, so I'm assuming that's bitlocker in action?So what can I do?Thanks,

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
