Windows 10: How to reach an actual customer representative regarding password/pin recovery of a...

Hello,My mother had recently suffered from a stroke, and ever since her partial recovery has been asking to access her old laptop, but unable to do so for not remembering pin/microsoft account password. While I have access to some of her details, microsoft password reset website have been asking for details I have been unable to provide, preventing me from resetting her password via automated means.When I tried calling the customer support number to talk to an actual representative, and ask for a way as to how I might provide the papers/identification in other ways such as her ID, or my ID sh

Forgotten PIN and expired password

Thanks for your answer.

I tried steps of both links:

• #1: reset PIN code
  
  • I see no link "reset your PIN"on login page --> I can't reset it
    
• #2: change or reset windows password
  
  • My Windows account is not displayed at all on login page.
    
  • I am using a local account
    

If you have any other suggestion, I would be more than happy to try.

• Click Start menu and go to Settings.
• In Settings, click the Accounts icon.
• Click on Sign-in options.
• Change both your password and pin one by one.
