    How to reach Microsoft Support directly not outsourced support


    Hello. I was working with a backend engineer and the support link that I was given is no longer valid or discontinued. How can I contact Microsoft Support directly to get a status update on SRX1528450472ID case #1528450472 without having to go through the awful outsourced support team Windows Up and Running? I've had nothing but bad experiences with them. It was like pulling teeth to get my issue escalated for review since I'm not abler to manage my devices authorized through the Microsoft store - https://account.microsoft.com/devices/content.Just throws out an error regardless of device

    B3 Phenom support

    I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.
