Windows 10: How to reassign audio jacks?

My microphone no longer works when plugged into the back, I checked and the mic jack now registers as a speaker jack, how to I change that?

How do I reassign Prtscrn to another program such as Greenshot

• What program is assigned to the Print Screen key? Answer is I don't know. How can I find out which program is assigned to Prtscn.
