    How to receive confirmation that a product key is invalid


    Hello,I have purchased an invalid product key for Office 2019 from a third-party seller. The seller is insisting that I provide confirmation from a Microsoft representative that my particular key does not work in order to be refunded; is there a way I can contact a Microsoft representative either via a chat function or an email address to discuss this? I have so far not been able to find a chat function or an email address on the support website.Thank you in advance.

    Received message of invalid product key when attempting to install windows 8.1. Is there some information to resolve issue?
