Windows 10: How to recognize if I received genuine email from Microsoft

I have recevied the below email informing me that my hack has been hacked and accessed from a different country.Is the below email geniune or fake?

I have received an email from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** - subject 'Your computer's security is our priority', it contains links but Microsoft say in their policy that they will not send emails with links?

Is this email genuine, it looks it?

I received an email today from Microsoft 365 <Microsoft365@email.microsoft365.com> asking me to sign in to maintain access to the free version of Teams and its benefits.

Thanks but I am not sure & there are links in the email I would like to follow.

I was hoping that experts would be abale to find out whether Microsoft had actually distributed this email, is there not a record of what is sent out to enable validity to be checked?

Is the senders email *** Email address is removed for privacy ***' a genuine Microsoft address please.

If you cannot answer these questiond can you guide me to how to ask Microsoft direct please?
