Windows 10: how to recover a cleaned disk drive after reinstalling windows

alright so a while ago I was dealing with a issue where I had the blue error loop death screen usually all I needed to do was use a restore point but, this time it wasn't working thats when I tried everything and searched on YouTube found this one video, followed the steps which leaded me to cleaning my hard drive by accident . I did check the comments but unfortunately I didn't go deep enough. This lead me to reinstalling windows. The thing is I lost my hard drive and was unable to reinstall windows with my original hard drive. I bought a new hard drive and reinstalled windows but , lost like

Recovering Local Disk

It could be a compatibility issue with the latest update and your local disk. We suggest updating your disk driver. Follow these steps:

• On the Start, type Device Manager.
• Locate and select Disk drives.
• Right-click on your disk drive, select Properties.
• Go to the Driver tab and choose Update Driver.
• Once done, click OK.

Recover files from Flash drive

Does not work on a windows pc which is what the OP probably intended

windows by default does not have HFS and HFS+ based hard drives.
Able to perform retrieval on both HFS and HFS+ based hard drives. and so will not work with windows

Windows 10 won't boot, repair, recover or reinstall

I tried using Win 10 boot media to reinstall from scratch. Install chugs away for a while then shows me a list of partitions on my hard drive. No matter which I select, Windows can't be installed because they're GPT partitions.

I've also tried running chkdsk /r /x as suggested in another post. That seemed to run without any problems, but when I restarted I eventually got a blue screen with error 0xC0000021a.

At this point it's looking like I need to completely reformat the disk and reinstall Windows from the boot media. Is that the next step? I've recovered my data - which is all still accessible.
