Windows 10: How to recover an unsaved ms paint project that glitched?

I was drawing on ms paint and was going around closing tabs so that the software would run more smoothly. I realised I closed the ms paint tab, which was strange because usually it goes "save before closing?". I know it was dumb not to save the project from the beginning, and I have checked my recycling bin. Please help.

This is Wil, one of the independent advisor, an expert with Windows 10 and a fellow Windows 10 user like you. I understand your concern about unsaved MSPaint work.

If you failed to save your work on MS Paint and the application closed unexpectedly, you won't be able to retrieve it anymore as MS Paint doesn't have a recovery feature, unlike Microsoft Office applications. Moving forward, I would suggest saving your work from time to time so you would atleast save the progress of your work.

MS Paint Unsaved File Recovery?

I know this is crazy, but during a few important work calls last week I took screenshots - and out of habit - posted them to regular MS Paint in a rush. I had about 10 different screenshots. I never saved them. I woke my computer up from sleep today (they've
been there for days) and were gone.

Is there ANYTHING I can do to get them? I have a restore point to April 6, if I restore to that date will they show up again as open files (is the restore point a pure screenshot of point in time?)

Please help, thank you so much! (and yes I know to do Windows + PrsntScrn now and other options, but I need help with the above).

How do I recover them?

 

Paint 3d projects deleted

Paint 3d was not responding, so i did a reset. It said no files would be deleted, but they all were. I still have files i saved as glb files, but 2d projects are gone. A system restore did not help. Nor did a recover search for the Ms Paint app data bin
files. Are my projects gone forever?
