Windows 10: How to recover folder from emptied Trash Bin using Windows file recovery urgent help needed

OS Windows 10 Japanese, version 22H2 UpdatedSoftware and drivers UpdatedToday by mistake I deleted a folder C:\Users\Myname\Videos\For editing. It contain video files. And unfortunately I also emptied the Trash bin. I wonder if by using Windows file recovery what should be the cmd command. what should I type.Any quick help in this regard will be appreciated.Thank you.

Trash Bin properties set but not operating

HI

I have the problem of my trash bin not showing any deleted items if more than three days old. I have set the space available at 1000Mb (on a partition of 110Gb.) In spite of refreshing and restarting my laptop, I am unable to restore the trash bin to fill until I wish to empty it. Not urgent until I need to recover an item.

I have - Version 10.0.18362 Build 18362

Any help much appreciated

Just Copy the the text below to notepad and save the file .reg (tip.reg) click on the file and there ya go!
