Hi Community, I had already purchased a licence key for windows10 but I didn't used at all.Now I want to installed but i couldn't since the link is no longer available as it is exceed 3 years .thanks

scarface licence key expired?

Hi everyone
my m8 bought scarface the other day,brand new all legite,he installs the game he's on dx9c which the game is and he clicks his desktop icon and it says licence key expired please contact software vendor....blah blah.He has no internet connection for any available update to fix this so i said i'd try and dl it and put it on disc if that was whats needed.Anybody got any info on this.

Hello, this is Emily.

Did you purchase it from Microsoft? If so, your Microsoft itself is the digital license. When you perform a clean install, when prompted for license key, you can simply choose "I don't have a product key", continue your installation, and set it up with the right Microsoft account and it should activate.

You might also want to go back to your old email to see if you have an email (separate from the purchase confirmation) with the product key. While it is not needed since you have digital license, the product key still comes in handy sometimes in the case when you accidentally removed the activated device from your Microsoft account and cannot transfer.

As for installation media, it is free for anyone to download, with or without license.

The following steps should be done on a working Windows computer:

Download the Windows Media Creation Tool from Microsoft's official website. https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/win...

Run the tool and select "Create installation media for another PC."

Choose your language, edition, and architecture (32 or 64-bit) and select "Next."

Choose "USB flash drive" as the media to use for the installation and select "Next."

Connect a USB flash drive with at least 8 GB of free space to your computer.

Select the USB flash drive you want to use, and then select "Next."

The tool will then download the required files and create the installation media.
