Windows 10: How to recover microsoft account that is hacked and has the login details already changed...

Last summer my microsoft account got hacked because I was tricked into a verification fraud through playing minecraft. That time I tried everything to get my account back but I only got replies from some microsoft bots that told me I was unable to get my account back. I had and still have loads of proof of me being the original owner. Thousands of clips recorded with the old minecraft name, purchase ids of realms that I bought on the account to play with my friends, the old skype contacts which the hacker probably deleted, as well as knowing everything that has something to do with my old micr

My Microsoft account was hacked and the email and password have been changed. I have tried filling out the recovery form, however it says that the account tagged to my original email does not exist anymore (as the email had been changed by the hacker). I mostly used the account for Minecraft and was wondering if there was any way to recover and transfer my game/game data onto another account? I have the reciept of my original purchase, as well as other information about the Microsoft account itself, but not the email that it has been changed to (the current email used by the account).

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

This is a terrible situation that happens to some people, when a hacker changes the Email associated to a Microsoft Account, there is no way to recover that account.

The only thing you can do is to create a new account, then contact Microsoft Support directly and ask them to transfer any purchases you have made on the hacked account to the new account, Community is just a user to user forum and we do not have account access.

Ideally, if the Microsoft account gets comprised or hacked the best option is to change the password for the account. Since you are unable to change the password, I would suggest you to fill the ACSR form and provide as much as accurate information
possible.



To fill the recovery form, navigate to
account.live.com/acsr and provide the email address, phone number, or username for the account you are trying to recover as well as the other requested information.
