Windows 10: how to recover my suddenly despairing photos

hello sir

I am feeling very much insecure for a reason. yesterday I transfers few intimate picture of mine from my Samsung mobile phone.I did cut from my phone memory and and pest it my computer ,after a minute while I sow my transferred pictures are despaired .I thought thous pictures are hacked.reason of why I am telling you that few days ago i received a threatening mail from hacker . so now plz help to get read out of this situation. how to recover my suddenly despairing photos

Recovering photos: Help appreciated.

Due to a camera malfunction, some photos from the memory card were deleted. My friend and me were able to recover them with help of recovery software but some photos are grayed out(50%). The memory card was left intact and no new data was written in our knowledge. It is in the FAT file format and a 4 GB card.

Is there any way to recover the photos in their original state?
