Windows 10: How to Recover my Windows 10 digital license?

(My english is bad, I use translate sometimes)


I have this laptop from 2011 with the Windows 7 Home Premium license.
In 2016 I upgraded to Windows 10 Pro for free. Digital license.
I replaced HDD with SDD just long ago. No problem.

Last days I downloaded and installed Windows 10 Pro with mediacreationtool.

Fresh install. Skip to Product key. Updated. restart many times.
Windows still reported that no product key found ... error 0xC004f213.

I've already done it:
Trobleshoot. Go to Store.
Admin account microsoft. My laptop is a device in my account.
I called Romania support, (very pitfuly) waste of time.

Talk with Virtual Agent / Open Get Help App. Nothing.

Try to call free tool no - wrong number (I am from RO)

The old key (Win 7) on the back of the case can not be read completely.
I can send pictures if needed.

How do I can recover my digital license and a metod to save for later?

Any other ideas?
