Windows 10: How to recover personal files after system reset?

My system was going through a regular update, but it crashed right in the middle of it due to some Windows Insider built issue. The system then started troubleshooting itself and concluded that it needed to be reset to the most recent working state for the operating system to work. In the resetting process, I chose to reset the drive that had the OS files and keep my personal files, however, that wasn't the case. After the resetting process, I lost all my personal files from the non primary containing OS files drives. Is there a way to recover that data?

Possible to recover raid

ok so it said i need 3000tb of storage to recover.

trying w1zzards suggestion.

the raid was never disabled, it was still intact but when i reinstalled xp it showed up as a fat12 file system.
