Windows 10: How to redirect requests?

Hello,Consider a program that communicates with a database server. The IP address is fixed in the program code Hard coding and there is no access to the program source code. The IP address of the database server must be changed. What solution do you suggest for the application to communicate with the database server with the new IP address?Thank you.

Redirect certain webpages to kittens

This solution isn't practical. There are probably millions of IP addresses with adult content and the list is constantly changing. There are plenty of services and proxies that can block NSFW content, but the re-direct probably isn't an option with them. Just drop the kitten idea and make your life easy while still meeting your mother's request.

Maybe it's time to step back from the current efforts, and start over. The one that may provide you with some easy relief is the one where you uninstall the device whose descriptor is failing, reboot, and see what happens when device enumeration recurs during boot-up. If you're lucky, it will fix itself.

True core and memory clock on my GFX...what should I trust?

i have the list of nvidia core and shader steppings if you like, it shows the requested clockspeed versus the effective clockspeed.
