    How to refund a wrong transaction in PhonePe?


    To refund money from Phone. Pe for a wrong transaction, you should immediately con,tact Phon.ePe's cus,tomer sup,port: 9347-621-700*and available 24/7 report reply refund money.. If you mistakenly sent money to the wrong number on PhonePe, it is generally not possible to reverse the transaction directly through the app.

    Im Juliana and I want to cancel my transaction and refund, this my order number of transaction b1ee2542-2e8e-472a-a467-1aab7bd563e3, date of purchased May 13,2019, and order number 6739499216 date of purchased April 13, 2019.

    because I dont use the application...
    which is my big question is...
    why are there TWO DEBITS?

    whereas in your first billing dated April 13 2019 the subscription is 0 (zero) rupiah,but on my credit card I have ALREADY DEBITED (all recorded in the billing statement on my credit card)

    Can I cancel the transaction amd refund it?

    I got charged 3 times for purchasing HEVC extensions. 1 transaction refunded. Extension not yet owned. 2 transactions left to be refunded.

    I am trying to purchase HEVC Extension just like any other human being inconvenienced by this DLC extension lol. I got charged three times for 50PHP while the app only costs 45PHP, doesn't really matter however, three times is too much.

    I got a refund for 1 transaction, app still not yet on my store. still have 2 transactions to be refunded.
