Windows 10: How to refund Windows 11 home?

I need to refund Windows 11 home, as I was using paypal to purchase it, but I was never asked to confirm purchase and the microsoft app never told me that I had purchased it. I bought it 4 times unknowingly. What can I do?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
