Windows 10: How to regain access to the life-time Home & Student 2019 subscription, in the given scenario?

Hello,I have used outlook credentials to redeem a Microsoft Office Home & Student 2019 version using a passcode bought at Costco.Its been about 2 years the outlook account used was locked for some unknown reason. Since, Multi Factor Authentication wasn't setup, I am facing a serious trouble to unlock the account. The burning issue is I need access to frequently used Office Apps Word, Excel and others now. Neither I could use the redeemed passcode Nor I could unlock the outlook account. Any help is much appreciated, Thank you Best regards,Sravan.

I already have Office home & student 2019; Can I buy Outlook separately?

I already got the subscription for the following: Office home & student 2019 with word, excel and power point.

I want to purchase "outlook" separately. Is it possible? If so, what is the cost of annual subscription?

-If your Chromebook is compatible with the Play Store, you can download the Office apps from the Play Store. They are free on Chromebooks, as well as iOS and Android too. See them

Unfortunately, Home & Student 2019 is incompatible with Chromebooks. Better to get a refund for Office 365.
