Windows 10: How to regain control of my admin account

I am the sole owner of my laptop running Windows 10 Pro (Version 2004, OS Build 19041.388). Yesterday I changed my account from an admin account to a standard user account and now I cannot access the admin account. Whenever I try to access the admin account it asks for a fingerprint scan but my finger print is only associated with the standard account.

I set a system restore point prior to making these changes but I cannot revert to those settings without being an administrator.

When I try to use CMD to solve the problem using Solution 1 in the link below, I am asked to enter my Admin password but the only password I've ever set not belongs to my standard user account (which used to have admin privileges). When I try Solution 2 in the link below, I'm prompted to scan my fingerprint but my fingerprint is only associated with my standard user account.

I'm glad it is fixed.

I also hope you wrote down the passwords for the additional local password-protected Admin accounts suggested in the tutorial. I won't write that. It will sound like nagging.
