    How to regain permessions on an encrypted batch file after reinstalling windows


    I moved from windows 10 to windows 10 pro, I locked/encrypted a batch file before that. Usually, I simple click on it, the command proprt appears and I just type in the password and it unlocks. Now I can't access it, and when I try to run it as an admin through the command propt, it says access denided. I tried everything possible change the ownership, gave permessions to literally everything and still can not get to the part where I can enter the password. Please pleaaaaaseeee I need to get this files. Thank youuh <3

    My suggestion to you is to look into what kind of encryption the program used, and look for a way to break that type of encryption. Sorry I can't say a specific program for sure.
