    How to reinstall MS Paint

From ~3 months ago, i've been suffering from weird bug on MS paint.

(When using multiple instances of ms paint, once one of them is minimized than reactivated, either the cursor or the selected area automatically slides toward one of the eight direction, which make the project unusable)

Since paint is not being updated anymore, i tried to reinstall (or update if that's the case) but couldn't find any reliable way to. Can anyone help me on this?

    How to reinstall MS Paint

    MS Paint Recent Files

Here s a partial solution. Works for Windows 10 as well.

Paint - Delete Recent Pictures from List in Windows - Windows 7 Help Forums

This will clear it but of not disable list ie you would have to do again later etc.
