Windows 10: How to reinstall my windows Windows10 after getting blue screen?

Hello All,I have Lenovo Legion Y540 W10 bought in August,2020. I had several times blue screeen error popping. After restarting, it would be okay. But recently out of nowhere bluescreen has become permanent. Restart, recovery options from BIOS is not at all working. Can I use installation media to reinstall windows 10? Will my windows license automatically become active. OR should I buy new product key to activate windows? Is there any other way to get my windows back?Thank you in advance

Windows 7 Blue Screen of Death!

This is the first time i have ever got the blue screen, but it keeps on occurring, and so i cannot get onto that hard drive, it shuts down within a second of the blue screen showing itself, which doesnt give me any time to read it lol. So i am completely confused as there is no Path of: "C:\WINDOWS\Minidump" as well
