How to reinstall/recover the apps removed after resetting pc

Hi everyone, please help me with my problem. After installing flyff iblis and restarted the pc and then I got a blue screen of death. I reset the pc using the recovery option and accidentally pressed the removed my personal files and reinstall windows
cause of lag. How to recover the important apps?? this is the list of the apps,

• Are you not able to access the Windows store?

Before performing reset ensure you must have to select
Keep my files. It will do the following,

• 
  Reinstalls Windows 10 and keeps your personal files.
  
• 
  Removes apps and drivers you installed.
  
• 
  Removes changes you made to settings.
  
• 
  Removes any apps your PC manufacturer installed. (If your PC came with Windows 10, apps from your PC manufacturer will be reinstalled.)
  

So as you have performed the reset to your PC the apps are missing. We suggest you to download the applications again and check if it helps.

 

I reset my PC (Windows 10) and it removed apps which i had installed. How to recover them?

Resetting your PC reinstall Windows but deletes your files, settings, and apps, except for the apps that came with your PC. Since you have already performed the reset, all the application/programs will have been removed. To resolve your concern, we suggest
that you reinstall the applications again as this is the best option to recover them.
