Windows 10: How to reinstall webcam

Hi. My webcam stopped working after the latest windows 10 update. I uninstalled it and now I can't find a way to reinstall it. I've tried everything from "scanning hardware changes" to restarting my computer. Have also tried downloading the Camera Driver from the Acer website but when I try to run the installation, it says that they failed to detect a camera. I would appreciate some advice please thanks.

Thank you. I did come across the HP site you've provided and tried some of the remedies offered. I tried the suggestions to reinstall the webcam software and the one that spoke about the WebCam not being listed under imaging devices in Device manager.

 

Reinstall webcam driver
