Windows 10: How to reinstall windows 10 in my Lenovo ThinkPad T410 laptop after resetting and removing...

The problem started when my Lenovo ThinkPad T410 laptop started showing error:0210 stuck key 2B, sometimes, stuck key 1D and 1B and so on at start-up. Sometimes my keyboard stopped working and again started working when the PC was restarted again or when I sign out of my Microsoft account. To get rid of this situation I chose to reset my PC through troubleshooting and I cleaned every file from my system. Now this is when the situation became even worse, Iam unable start my laptop as each time when I try to turn it on it shows me the same error 0210, stuck key 1B, and when I press escape button
