Windows 10: How to reinstall Windows 10 via cloud download, but didn't verify internet connection

Hello, I reset my PC with the goal of returning it to "out of the box" state. I chose to reset windows 10 via cloud download, but didn't verify internet connection. I previously had a wifi adapter on the pc tower, but it broke during a move so I forgot that I didn't have wifi connection on the computer as I have not booted it up since the move. So I am currently stuck with a PC that won't boot because I lack internet connection. My question is:1 If I get a wifi adapter or ethernet cord to establish internet connection, will the reset continue and windows be re-installed? OR2 Should I pivot

Lost internet connection after upgrading to Windows 10.

after downloading windows 10, i had no internet wifi connections. tried almost everything from community.

I downloaded talent driver network software to an

external drive using another computer and then ran the set up on non internet computer. Wifi networks reappeared and I was able to get on the internet and download some apps but connects lost by the next day when turned on computer, Again unable to get
on internet and network adapters not listed. Talent driver software no longer effective.

tried INFO GROUND(/) STEP 1. NO CHANGED...no connections listed.
