Windows 10: How to reinstall windows 11 with an unresponsive screen?

BruceAZ posted on January 1, 2024 that his Surface Pro 9 booted from Media Creation Tool Windows 11 USB but the initial screen was unresponsive to touch or keyboard. I have exactly the same problem with my Surface Pro 8. My USB is a brand new SanDisk 28gb formatted FAT32. The download was from Microsoft website and my friend with the identical tablet can't get her screen to respond when booting to this Windows 11 USB either. Touch screen unresponsive after driver update

Dell SX2210T Flat panel touchscreen monitor unresponsive to touch after Automatic update of "NextWindow driver update for NextWindow 1950 UCS Compliant Touch Screen" in Windows 10.10240 and Tech preview 10.10525.

This is the wrong driver for this touchscreen but I am unable to find a means of uninstalling it.

It is not listed in the list of installed updates.

The correct driver is shown in Device manager for the screen.

Any suggestions please?

 

Windows 11 reinstall

Hi there I'm using a dell inspiron 3501.

I always experience BSODs in my windows 11 PC. So now I'm trying to reinstall windows 11. I have backed up all the important files as well...

But at the moment I am confused whether should I reset my PC by removing all the files or clean install or a fresh start. Can you give me any suggestion and how the method actually works and the steps that I should follow to reinstall windows 11?
