    How to reinstall Windows on Surface Book


    Tried to update to OS 10 1909. At 90% computer shut down and didn't turn back to install. Used power button to start and got blank screen, was able to get error

    00xc0000085. I have put factory image on usb 3 different 16 GB USB, still can't install OS ,seems like there are no partitions. really need help my only computer.

    Thanks for any good help the first reply that works I will make it worth your while
