Windows 10: How to reinstall Windows search without Cortana app?

Hi,I like to ask how to reinstall windows search app back into windows without Cortana app?Namely, I already uninstalled an application called Cortana during the computer set-up, and at that time the search was still working.I have also managed to remove an application called someshort "serachapp.exe" but, nevertheless, I do not know exactly which application or issue has stopped using the windows search function. I am no longer able to serach any files from my computer.This problem occurred during the last windows update update where windows added a new add on app or "weather bar" to the desk

Cortana search filter list

I have a lot of space for display content in Cortana search list, and 80% of it not used because Cortana sorting items by types.
How disable all filters and make visible all suggested content?

Cortana search does not show icons for metro apps

Hi there, I have a similar imperfection which showed up upgrading to creators pack 2. When I search for Window store apps, (i.e. Mail, Calculator, Feedback, Edge) with Cortana, I always get blank icons. The app icons appear if I dock them to start or to task bar and they all work. It's only the icon that is missing when I search.

I have tried rebuilding search index, reinstalling whatever apps I can actually reinstall (like mail) and what was suggested above, but it does not fix it. Any ideas?

I have reported it to Microsoft via feedback app, but wondering if anyone else has been able to manually fix it.
