    How to reinstalling drive with unworking touch pad, cursor, touch screen?


    My touchpad is not working so i tried uninstalling all the hid compliant and now my touch screen isn’t working too

    Touch screen & Touch pad

    I've turned down the touch pad to "low sensitivity", but the cursor is still over riding my typing unless I work so slowly it's ridiculous. I end up spending a lot of time undoing what the touch pad is apparently clicking on. Any ideas? This is almost eliminating
    the benefit of a touch screen...HP Notebook.

    As of January 31st there is no way to show the mouse cursor while touching the screen: Redirecting

    The linked post goes on to recommend using the Feedback app to suggest this feature (or find others who have suggested it and upvote their suggestions).

    Touch pad and touch screen not functioning

    I got up this morning and things that have always worked just fine, are not this morning. No touch screen, no touch pad. Tried to solve issue through settings, and they are not listed. I am downloading update for Windows 10 but not sure if this will solve
    the issue. I have a HP Envy laptop.
