    I recently updated my laptop and shut it down. I turned it on a few days later and it came up with a BitLocker encryption and I have been unable to use it for a week. I attempted reloading windows with a USB but it was saying I was missing drivers as the following link shows a generic one that looks to be what I experienced.https://www.auslogics.com/en/articles/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/media-driver-issues.pngmy laptop is an HP victus intel core I5.
