Windows 10: How to remove a language from the keyboard switcher without removing the language entirely

HI,I have two languages set up on my environment: French and English.My problem is that I only want English keyboard layouts. But I want the French language to remain because I use it for text-to-speech.When I click on the keyboard layout selector, this is what I see:I want the two FRA ones to disappear. Why? Because I've set up my keyboard to toggle between ENG-US and ENG-CMS, but once in a while, the layout changes to FRA I'm not sure why or how. It's annoying because when that happens, I have to use the mouse to get back to the ENG layouts.If someone knows why the language changes between

Remove language from the keyboard

Hi,

I follow all the steps listed here. However, the "Remove" button is not active

How can I activate the button?

Step 1: System
Settings window.

1. Press Windows logo + I keys on the keyboard to open
   Settings page.
2. Click on Time & language from the options and select
   Region & language from the left side panel of the window.
3. Click on the keyboard language you want to remove under Languages and click on
   Remove.
4. Close the window and check if the changes are effective.

 

Remove secondary keyboard language.

Removing a keyboard layout can be done through Control Panel and
Settings. Before doing so, make sure that the language pack of your preferred keyboard layout is installed on your computer. To remove a keyboard layout through
Control Panel, here's how:

• Go to Control Panel. Under Clock, Language, and Region, click
  Add a language.
  
• Click the keyboard layout that you want to remove, then click Options
  > Remove.

To remove a keyboard layout through Settings, refer to these steps:

• Go to Settings > Time & language >
  Region & language.
• Click the keyboard layout that you want to delete, then click Remove.

How to remove unwanted keyboard from the input switcher

• I installed the latest version of Windows 11 via Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO) provided by Microsoft Software Download.
  
• During the installation of Windows, I found that the only language available is English (United Kingdom), although I use English (United States) language when browsing Microsoft website!
  
• So after installing, I found that the "Windows display language" is English (United Kingdom).
  
• I installed the all English (United States) features and set it as Windows display language.
  
• Then I removed English (United Kingdom) from preferred languages list.
  
• However, English (United Kingdom) keyboard is still in the input switcher as shown in the next snip!
  
  
  
  
  

• I tried all the instructions in article Remove unwanted keyboard or language from Windows 11 as well as Manage the input and display language settings in Windows but I still have English (United Kingdom) keyboard in the input switcher.
  

How can I:

1. Remove English (United Kingdom) keyboard or from the input switcher?
   
2. Remove English (United Kingdom) Windows display language list?
