Windows 10: How to remove a language from the language bar that does not appear in the Settings?

I have a new Windows 11 laptop. I live in New Zealand and have installed English New Zealand and my display language, and added Spanish Argentina too as I use that language too. However, the language bar also has English United States with NZ Aotearoa underneath and I cannot get rid of it.When I go to Settings, this is what I can see:I've tried adding English United States and removing it, but that adds a fourth language to my language bar, with "United States" underneath rather than "NZ Aotearoa" underneath, and does not get rid of the one I actually want to remove, "English Unit

Extra language bar appearing in taskbar

I often switch between languages while typing, so I always set the language bar to be visible and floating on the desktop. This makes it more convenient to change language options while working, and saves space on the taskbar. But recently an extra language bar has appeared in the taskbar:




This wastes space on the taskbar. I would rather use that space to display other things. I only want the floating language bar, but I can't find settings anywhere to remove the taskbar langage display.
If I minimize the floating language bar, I end up with both language bars on the taskbar:


Any suggestions?

This is Windows 10 64-bit. I just installed Cumulative Update 1803, but this problem has existed for at least a few weeks.

Languages bar on taskbar not same with Languages setting

To assist you better regarding your concern, may we know if you have tried removing the said language from the
Language preferences settings and Language settings from
Control panel? If not, kindly do so by following the steps below:

• Type in the word "Language" without the quotation from the Windows search bar.
• Choose Language preferences.
• Choose Language settings from Control
  panel.
