Windows 10: How to remove a Microsoft Account

It appears my prior postings regarding this issue have not lead to a solution to my problem.


Below are screen shots that highlight my issue. When I turn on my laptop I see the following on the screen.





I never put in a password to begin with.


When I click on OK I get the following screen.





You can see on the bottom left hand side of the screen you can see to accounts. The one with the photo is an account that I have add forever and is associated with an old version of Office that I purchased in 2016. The account below is one I accidentally created when I thought I disabling the PIN required on the account above.


When I click on the top account I get the following screen.





I then input my PIN and login. So my question is how do I eliminate the account without the photo?


Another issue is I have a 3rd account that was created when I subscribed to Office 365 in December. I changed my profile photo so I could differentiate between the accounts.





How do I get this down to one account?

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
