    How to remove a phone from the "my phone app"?


    I had my phone connected to my laptop but it stopped working, so I tired uninstalling and reinstalling both apps. I was able to get it off my phone, but there isnt any option in the windows app to remove my phone, there also isnt any option to uninstall, its also grayed out in remove programs. I tried to use powershell with Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.YourPhone -AllUsers | Remove-AppxPackage , but i get access denied. I dont know why windows made it so difficult to remove a freakin program... does anyone know how i get get my phone off of the app? When I try to run the connection i keep getting a "wait a few moments and try again" error.

    Looking for a decent phone

    For your usage I would suggest an Android phone with removable battery and microSD card slot ... Samsng Galaxy S3 is fine phone and should become cheaper soon with S4 around the corner.

    Do Companies just replace ones phone or...

    If one has a problem with ones phone, does a company just replace a phone or go through the Key=Steps of trying to Fix it? As for me with a small fee [Depending on the issue] I'd Remove any software/App. causing ones issue or just simply back-up the Data/Restore

    I've noticed Companies now'N'days just simply replace the phone which to me and others is wrong to a certain degree...
