Windows 10: How to remove a picture that someone added to the Lock screen\choose your picture in windows 10

I have someone that added a picture to a shared computer, and I would like to remove it but I am not able to do so. When I click Browse, it takes me to the picture folder and there is nothing there. I have also tried to remove the Profile. but when I log back into that user account the picture I was to remove is still there. I am able to even select the picture, and it will set it as the Lock Screen when you log into the laptop. I have also looked at the folder C:\Windows\Web\Screen, I can see the default picture in the folder, and I see 2 other pictures. img104 and img105. when I open t

Lock Screen background picture


Has anybody had difficulty adding a picture / wallpaper to the lock screen.
I have just set up windows 10 screen saver and I see you can change the lock screen back ground picture.
I have tried adding either one of the windows wallpapers or one of my own pictures but I can't find any option to save the image. on closing the window & returning to the lock screen the picture does not appear to save and returns to the standard blue background with date and time.
I can't find any option to save the image as a lock screen wallpaper.
Does anybody have any suggestions.

Lock Screen does not show any picture

I suggest you to perform the below steps and check if it helps:

• Type Settings in the Search box from the desktop and click on
  Settings.
• Click on Personalization.
• In Personalization windows, under Background,
  choose Picture.
• Under Choose your picture, click on Browse, select the picture you want to add and
  Choose picture.
• Now try to see if you are able to see Lock screen image/picture.

Opening screen picture

You can customize the settings of the lock screen and desktop screen background picture in the Pesonalization page of Settings. You can also change the profile picture that you're seeing on the log-in screen in the Accounts page of Settings. Just to clarify,
are you referring to the desktop screen, the lock screen, or the profile picture of your user account?

To change the background picture of the lock screen, follow the steps below:

• Click the Windows logo (Start button).
• Click the gear icon (Settings).
• Select Personalization.
• On the left pane, choose Lock screen.
• Under Choose your picture, you can select from the default list of photos or you can click on
  Browse if you want to select the photo that you want.

You can change the background picture of the desktop by following the same steps above but instead of choosing lock screen, select
Background.

You can replace the profile picture of your user account by doing these steps:

• Click the Windows logo (Start button).
• Click the gear icon (Settings).
• Select Accounts.
• On the left pane, choose Your info.
• Under Create your picture, choose Browse for one to see choose the profile photo that you want.
