How to remove a WiFi network ?

I have win10 64bit home edition fully up to dateI also have a Sagecom Fast F5364.T3 router. Some time ago I tried to connect this router with a Huawei router to potential use as an extender. Pls don't ask me why. During this process, I created another network name 'Router_ext' for the Huawei router. Since then I have removed the Huawei router and the ONLY router supplying both Lan and wifi is the Sagecom router 'Router'.When I search for networks I see both original router name 'Router' AND the other name 'Router_ext'. Both appear to be able to deliver WiFi even thought there is NO oth

    :)

  2. Can't uncheck WIFI "Connect Automatically"

    Hi,

Have you tried removing the network from the list? Your network credentials may still be saved on your Wifi settings.

We suggest you to remove the preferred network and reconnect it. Follow the steps below:

    • Press Windows icon.
    • Click Settings.
    • Select Network and Internet.
    • On the left pane, click Wifi.
    • Click on link Manage Wifi Settings.
    • There is prompt, click on Manage known networks
    • Select the network you want to forget.
Once you remove the network it will no longer appear on the list. You may need to reconnect it, if you want.

Let us know how it goes.

  3. Why can I connect everything but this pc to my wifi network?

did you do the ipconfig /release and ipconfig /renew commands..... also ipconfig /flushdns as well.

also make sure the wifi networks list has been updated.

you may also try "safely removing hardware" and then re-install it.

How to remove a WiFi network ?

WiFi issue in the secured network?

    Greetings hirababulogantha,

The following are troubleshooting steps I use myself whenever I get odd disconnects on any of my mobile devices that always seem to resolve this type of issue.

    To turn Off/On Wifi

    • Go to Settings on the phone
    • Navigate and tap Wifi
    • Flick Wifi off or on.

    Remove a stored(known) network

    • Go to Settings on the phone
    • Navigate and tap Wifi
    • Flick Off Wifi
    • Tap Advanced
    • Tap and hold on the university network then tap Delete.
    • Flick On Wifi
    • Tap the university network to connect to it again.
    Best Regards,
