How to remove a work account not connected to company's domain?

I have been experiencing single sign on errors, and when I go to office.com or portal.office.com to sign in - I get the message that I have multiple accounts. I should only have one account connected to my company's domain; however that does not appear to be the case. The company's IT contractors continues to assure me that everything is fine - but I am routinely locked out of my apps' features, the computer screen glitches, and the work account set up and/or filters are changed or all together removed. I can see a transparent console when it snaps in and I will loose the ability to use the

UnattendedJoin error: failed to find the domain data (0x6e)

Thanks for the suggestion! I don't want to add a domain account, as this is a generic unattended install that will be used for all company machines. Do you think it's possible that the computer would join the domain if, instead of using UnattendedJoin in specialize, I used your steps but left out the specific account?

The other thing I was thinking was to use a generic account to allow the domain join during the specialize step. I added a machine password in the UnattendedJoin component, and instead of getting the error listed above, I got an authentication error, which makes me think I could probably do a secure join instead of the unsecure join.

    Thoughts?

    Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

Can't remove the company account after leaving the company

Is the "company account" a domain joined account, hence the surface pro is domain joined? If so then you would need to remove this device from the domain which will require domain credentials (if you want to do it by just logging in and removing).

If you have no way of logging in to remove the device from the domain (still assuming that it's domain joined) then you will need to format and clean install.

If I'm on the wrong track please could you advise further there the "re-logon" prompt comes up and if you are able to login to Windows at all?
